To begin with, there has been more than three banned political parties, ALL of them because they failed to condemn violence or because of them being part of a terrorist organization. When you mention three parties, I belive you had in mind those like Batasuna and their reincarnations (EH and PCTV), they never condemnded terrorism, thus they where banned.
