This is one of the few occasions I agree with him that criminal justice as a whole needs to be devolved to the Assembly. How can you have Community Safety Partnerships where Local Authorities, Health, Ambulance and Fire come under the Assembly and the Police, Probation and the Courts come under the Home Office or the Ministry of Justice...totally senseless!! Any plans for the Assembly to present a Criminal Justice LCO? Then we can see what Alun Michael has to say about that!! Have you pointed this out to Richard Brunstrom?
